Welcoming Committee

The Welcoming Committee welcomes new homeowners into our neighborhood!

Neighborhood Watch/Activity Team

The Neighborhood Watch has goals of preventing or deterring crime in our neighborhood. They notify neighbors of any trouble in our area and also participate in National Night Out!

Beautification Committee/Yard of the Month

The Beautification Committee chooses our "Yard of the Month" and also works to keep the entrance to our neighborhood looking wonderful, by planting flowers.

Benevolence Committee

The Benevolence Committee sends cards, letters or gifts to our families left behind from a death of a homeowner or resident.
Members: Paster Payne, Charles Graham

Lake Committee

The Lake Committee is responsible for overseeing the condition of the lake, treating the lake and enforcing lake rules.

Communication

This Committee is liaison for City Watch and Qnet. Also, creates website, flyers and newsletter to promote awareness of civic and neighborhood issues and concerns to our homeowners.

Lawn Care Service

The Lawn Committee is responsible for reviewing the lawn care service of the common areas.
