Closing Information

Woodland Park is a planned urban development that is managed by a Homeowners' Association consisting of a volunteer board and has mandatory annual fees.

Fees are payable by May 1 of each year. The fee for this year is $180.

If you are selling your house, you will need a closing letter from the Homeowners' Association verifying payment of your annual fees. To get a letter, go to http://williamemiller.com/contact.htm and fill out the form and Bill Miller will provide you with the letter for closing.
